Registration Day

Our registration events give our faculty and directors the opportunity to check in about class placement, tuition rates, class commitments, scholarship applications, competition or performance group placement and get your dancer excited about the upcoming dance year. We absolutely love any and all opportunities to see our returning students and meet all the new faces joining flex for our upcoming season.  

Below are a few tips to make your registration day attendance the most successful.

*Register online before you arrive at our registration events. This will ensure your spot in the class of your choice as we honor class enrollment on a first come first serve basis.  Online registration will be shut down during both registration events, 8/31 & 9/1, to ensure priority to all families attending event.

*Bring a void check to complete your ACH (automatic debit form).

*Be prepared to pay your first months tuition.

*Please note that our registration event is not mandatory but we prefer to see all our families to set up our required automatic tuition paperwork and make sure your dancer has all the proper information and attire to start their first week of classes with success and joy.

Registration Event Excitement

*2016-2017 June Concert DVDs will be available for pick up.  We will also be taking new orders.

*Coffee & Treats available for purchase and served by some sweet Flex Students.  All proceeds will go towards our Flex Scholarship fund.

*Attend this event and have your $30.00 registration fee waived!

*We invite all our past Flex Families to bring their favorite hard copy picture from last year to start our photo bulletin board.  The Flex Faculty will pick their favorite picture and that dancer will received a special Flex gift and have their picture shared on social media.

Please note that personal customer service is very important to us and we ask for your patience this busy day.  flex Studios is introducing a new system that will make this process a bit more expedient. We are grateful for your great attitude and positivity at our exciting registration events
