2026–2027 Season

Summer Camp Rates (2026)

• No registration fee for Summer Camp.

• $325 per camp or $75 per day for drop-in attendance.

• $199.00 Summer 2026-2027 competition monthly tuition

• Payment is due on the first day of camp.

• Cash and checks are accepted.

• Credit card payments are accepted and are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Payment Information

• All tuition and fees for the 2026–2027 season are processed through Summit Bank's secure ACH Automatic Debit system.

• ACH enrollment is required for:

• Performing Classes

• Competition Groups

• Performance Groups

• Drop-In Classes

• Monthly tuition is automatically withdrawn on the 1st of each month.

Tuition Information

• The flex Studios season runs from September 2026 through June 2027 (10 months).

• Tuition is divided into 10 equal monthly payments for the entire season—not by the number of classes held each month.

• Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of:

• Holiday closures

• Scheduled studio breaks

• Missed classes

• Classes canceled due to unforeseen circumstances

• Tuition is not prorated for students who begin after the first of the month.

Fees

• Returned ACH payments (NSF): $35 fee

• Late tuition payments: $35 late fee

Seasonal Performance Fees

The following fees will be automatically withdrawn through the Summit Bank ACH system:

• October 1, 2026: Performance & Competition Group Concert Fees

• February 1, 2027: Performing Class Concert & Tights Fees

• June 15, 2027: Required Media Fee

Outstanding Balances

Any unpaid balance, including but not limited to tuition, uniforms, tights, costumes, concert tickets, media fees, studio pictures, or other required fees, will be automatically collected through the ACH system upon withdrawal or at the conclusion of the 2026–2027 season.

Students with outstanding balances may not receive costumes or participate in flex Studios events until their account is brought current.

Class Changes & Withdrawals

• A completed Adjustment & Withdrawal Form is required for all class changes or withdrawals.

• Forms must be submitted in person at flex Studios LLC.

• Verbal requests, voicemail messages, emails, and text messages are not accepted.

• A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required before the 1st of the month to stop future tuition charges.

• If the required notice is not received on time, the account holder remains responsible for all tuition until the official form has been submitted and processed.

Returning to a Class

If a student withdraws from a class, their spot is no longer guaranteed.

• If space is available, returning to the class during the same season requires a $15 re-enrollment fee.

• If the class is full, the student will be placed on the waitlist.

Unlimited Tuition

The Unlimited Tuition rate applies to one individual dancer only. It cannot be shared among family members and does not apply to prorated tuition or Competition/Performance Group package pricing.

Refund Policy

All tuition and fees are non-refundable.

flex Studios LLC reserves the right to modify tuition, fees, schedules, classes, and studio policies as needed.
