flex Studios Tuition Policies

We like to keep it transparent at flex Studios. Below we have listed the flex Studios Tuition Policies. Thank you for taking the time to read and familiarize yourself.

• flex Studios LLC requires all payments to be processed through the security of our Summit Bank ACH platform. This payment process is mandatory for Performing Classes, The flex Studios Competition Groups, Drop-In Classes and Performance Groups.

• All tuition & fees will be automatically deducted via Summit Bank ACH Automatic Debit Operations platform the 1st of each month for the 2024-2025 season.

• Enrollment, Tuition & Fees in the flex Studios LLC 2024-2025 program is based on a 10 month season, September-June.

• Monthly Tuition is calculated into equal payments for lessons during the 2024-2025 dance season, not lessons per month.

• Tuition remains the same each month regardless of classes attended, holiday closures or canceled classes.

• Monthly Tuition will not be prorated based on a delayed start date. New students joining after the first of the month will be billed the same as starting at the end of the month.

• A returned transaction or NSF (Non Sufficient Funds) will require a $35.00 fee.

• All late Tuition will require a $35.00 late fee.

• Class Adjustments & Withdrawal Procedures (See Class Adjustments & Withdrawal Policy in online registration process)

• November 1st, all Performance & Competition Group Concert Fees will be automatically debited via Summit Bank ACH Automatic Debit Operations.

• February 1st, all Performing Class Concert & Tight fees will be automatically debited via Summit Bank ACH Automatic Debit Operations. 

• June 15th, Required Media Fee will be automatically debited via Summit Bank ACH Automatic Debit Operations.

• Negligent Fees, payments due including and not limited to uniform, tights, costumes, concert tickets, media fees, studio pictures, etc., will be automatically collected via ACH debit upon withdrawal or completion of 2024-2025 season.

• Negligent Fees, will result in students not receiving costumes for participation in flex Studios LLC events.

• flex Studios LLC tuition policies are subject to change. flex Studios LLC reserves the right to cancel or change classes based on discretion.

• The unlimited rate is based upon individual dancer. Does not apply to a family, pro-rated tuition or performance & competition group set pricing.

• Tuition and fees processed are NON-REFUNDABLE and there are NO REFUNDS

• flex Studios LLC requires a 30 day written form (provided by flex studios LLC) to drop a class or withdraw from the 2024–2025 program at flex Studios LLC. The flex Studios LLC official ‘Adjustment & Withdraw Form’ must be complete and submitted in person at flex Studios LLC. WE DO NOT ACCEPT VERBAL REQUESTS, VOICEMAILS OR TEXTS for dropping a class, making a class adjustment or withdrawing from the program. If the official form is not received 30 days prior to the first of the month, the account holder will be responsible for the tuition of the dropped class, regardless of attendance for the coming months until the official flex Studios LLC form is submitted and signed by flex Studios LLC.

• flex Studios LLC requires written notice to make any class adjustments. The flex Studios ‘Adjustment & Withdraw Form’ must be complete and submitted in person at flex Studios LLC. WE DO NOT ACCEPT VERBAL REQUESTS, VOICEMAILS OR TEXTS for dropping a class, making a class adjustment or withdrawing from the program. If the official form is not received 30 days prior to the first of the month, the account holder will be responsible for the tuition of the adjusted class and the new class, regardless of attendance for the coming months until the official flex Studios LLC form is submitted and signed by flex Studios LLC.

• If a client chooses to withdraw from a flex Studios LLC class and that class is full, the client forfeits their spot in said class. If a client then decides to return to the same class within the same performing season they are required to pay a $15.00 re-enrollment fee. If class is full, the client will be placed on the waitlist.
