flex Studios is ecstatic to share we have successfully transitioned to a more seamless and secure studio management software, Mind Body, for our 2019-2020 program.  We will be launching our new online registration Monday, September 2nd. This new software eliminates the need for our traditional registration event. Our software transition offers many exciting benefits for everyone involved.  Listed below are some of our favorite features for our clientele to enjoy once our software goes live.

*A new custom flex Studios app for all current updates and information. You can also use this to shop flex, message flex, connect to the Mind Body portal for easy access to individual profiles, view workshop and guest artists schedules.

As we finalize our enrollment software with Mind Body, the flex Studios traditional registration event will be different this year.  This Friday, August 23rd 5:00-7:00pm and/or Saturday, August 24th 10:00am-12:00pm flex is holding a placement event.  This is not mandatory. 

Please join us to ask any question regarding class options and placement for yourself or your dancer. We are available to create your perfect schedule planning for the 2019-2020 dance season. Both directors are available to answer questions about class placement, family tuition rates, scholarship opportunities , our new software and how to set up your reoccurring automatically debited tuition.

Please understand no actual class registration will take place this Friday and Saturday like our traditional registration event of the past. You can attend this event to confirm a cohesive schedule in anticipation of our online registration going live September 2nd.  We want our dancers to feel confident about their schedule approaching the start of the year. Customer service for our clientele is priority for flex as we transition to this new program.  We are always happy to answer any questions you may have. 

With exception of this Friday and Saturday flex Studios is currently closed until our fall start date of Monday, September 9th.
