flex Studios is grateful for the safe space that Long Table Farm has provided our students for our end of season concerts. 

We have made sure to implement all social distancing practices as our team has prepared 7 days of small festival-like concerts. flex is continuously humbled by the support of our families. Mental health and arts education are a priority, and during this important time we want to recognize that our society needs support and improvement in the arts. 

Tickets

Tickets will be available for purchase, in person, this upcoming Wednesday July 2:00pm-8:00pm at flex Studios. If you can not attend in person, please send us a detailed email by Wednesday with the following information:

Dancer Name

How many tickets you need for each concert, listed by concert date?

Are you interested in pre-ordering pizza? 

Will you need chairs for seating or are you comfortable with ground seating? 

Is there a family you have been social distancing with? Would you be willing to share a “family pod”?

All ticket sales will be sold by “family pods”. Our “family pod” seating will allow each family to sit in a 6x6 foot section with 6 ft. of space between each pod. Families will have a choice of 6 chairs per pod, a blanket for ground seating or a combination of both.  Tickets are $15.00.

Long Table Farm Pizza Orders

*Families can pre-order in person Wednesday*

Farm To Table Pizzas from the wood fired oven at Long Table Farm will be available for pre-order during ticket sales on Wednesday. The 14” pizzas use organic and locally sourced ingredients with gluten free and vegan options. The wonderful Eva Edleson will be gracing us with her presence on Wednesday during tickets sales to help our families place pre-orders for whole pizzas as a nourishing addition to our beautiful concerts.

Pizza pick up will be divided into a scheduled system that will help adhere to social distancing practices and convince. Pizza orders will be available for pick up from 5:00pm-6:15pm during concert(s) evenings. *Please note there will be a 30 pizza limit per evening and orders are based on a first come first serve arrangement.
