Good Evening flex Families,
We are so excited about the week ahead and want to make sure you have ALL the details for our upcoming Annual Studio Picture Week, taking place Monday, April 6th through Saturday, April 11th! This is a special and memorable week where we capture the beauty, growth, and hard work of our dancers throughout the 2025–2026 season.
Each year, we are honored to work with the incredibly talented Jay Eads, who graciously donates a portion of all proceeds to the flex Studios Mark Lewis Scholarship Fund. Our goal is to create a fun, supportive, and stress-free experience where every dancer feels confident and celebrated.
Studio Picture Week Overview
Pictures will take place during your dancer’s normal weekly class time, with the exception of Sunday dance classes
Sunday classes: All Sunday classes will attend a designated time slot during the week (see full schedule below)
Performance & Competition Groups:
DO NOT need to attend their weekly performance/competition classes during picture week
All performance and competition group photos were completed in November

All Regular Weekly Classes Resume
This is truly one of the most exciting and energy-filled weeks of the season! We ask and encourage dancers to practice a favorite pose so they feel confident and shine in their photos. The faculty has been working hard to support these dancers and will continue to help all week with confidence building and questions.
These images taken this week will become lasting memories celebrating your dancer and our incredible flex community.
Thank you for your support and cooperation in making this week smooth and special for everyone.
Lots of love,
Miss Angela & Miss Lindsey
